How's Your Day? March 2017

Man, spring in three weeks, turning the clocks ahead, March Madness coming up, spring training underway, Daytona already in the books... Time's FLYIN'!!

How's your day?

 

I'm pretty good, the wife wasn't feeling great last night but woke up fine. The sun is shining and my daughter is making dinner. Corn dogs and french fries, yeah we sometimes eat like 15 year olds.

My youngest son and our two grandbabies came over late last night (7pm) yeah I'm old. I've never seen so much energy in two little ones in my life, my granddaughter wanted me to hold her and count to five. I'm blessed.

 

Youth and energy are wasted on the young.

 

So dang true.

Back on the "only the fish I can catch in by beak"diet?

 

My doctor has been recommending capzasin rub for my aching knees, I finally bought the stuff yesterday. Good golly! This stuff burns. I never had anything so hot before for pain relief, it was so hot and uncomfortable I had to jump in the shower to try and cool it off.
Well that didn't go so great, I had gotten the stuff pretty much all over areas that surely don't need heating up.
So. I just tried it again, the package says it may take a bit for your system to adjust, I put a lot less than I had yesterday and it's feeling better.

 

Yeah, go easy. You've just applied chili peper extract to your body. WASH YOUR HANDS THOROUGHLY and DO NOT RUB YOUR EYES OR NOSE. But, that said, once you find the amount that works for you, you're good to go as it block pain receptors. You may, in fact, find that you will use less of it as time goes on for the same amount of pain relief.

 

Worked and went and paid my respects to a friend who passed in a boating accident. He was my best friends cousin and that family is like a second family to me. Worked a little more then came home. Removed over 200 square foot of carpet with over 200 square foot to go to get ready for wood flooring. Had to set my chair back up for a little relaxation.
