Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
Blade: Personna
Razor: Supply injector - classic two dot plate
Brush: JR #60 synthetic
Soap: Jeeves of Hudson Street Bay Rum
Post: Witch hazel, RazoRock Blue Barbershop aftershave

Second shave with the Supply razor. First pass reduction isn't that great. There seems to be a sweet spot with the angle and if you are slightly off then whisker reduction is hampered. It reminds me of the PAL Adjustable in that manner. So it took a little more work than usual to get a workday result, but I got there in the end. Couple of weepers, but that's okay. Interesting razor with good heft. Need some more shaves with it to get a real opinion.

Thanks Andrew, i think it may be on par aggression wise.

 

I find the angle needs to be shallow and much different to the schicks we all know and love - yes there is a sweet spot - once u hit it - u will annihilate whiskers and it is not very loud - once u get this mastered its a pretty awesome razor

more elevated - i keep the cap FLAT against my skin- so the handle is perpendicular to my face

 

Ah...okay. I feel I'm fairly perpendicular, but will push it up even farther and see how it goes. Thanks again!

 

it took me time to get used to the supply angle - my 1st time using it was a disaster - i had a pimple and sliced it off my face on the FIRST sweep and was bleeding like a stuck pig- i was holding the razor just like my schicks using a sharp vintage blade..... hhaha

Another Shave with a Type N ! This time with the N1 fitted with a single Proline blade rather than a Twin Schick. Afraid that again the blade has really run its course, though not tugging at all the quality of finish was lacking. I find that the N Razors with their longer handles are particularly good for me when working on the upper lip and chin. Must reload it with a Twin Blade , so it could well go away with me for a couple of days rather than the " O " clone.

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Tabac Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #289 brush. I did two passes with the Superior Lather Catcher Razor with a CVS Carbon Steel SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Peach WH and then Barbasol AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

 

Razor: Gem featherweight
Blade: Personna stainless steel (3)
Soap: Stirling bay rum
Brush: Home made 24mm synthetic
Aftershave: Skin Bracer knock-off

I’m liking the featherweight more with each use. This razor is light and does take some getting used to. My shave this morning was the best yet with the featherweight.

Took my time and consciously watched the angle this morning. Pretty smooth shave. Right under my jaw and the point of my chin aren't as clean as usual. I need to watch those areas better. This is a comfortable razor. Much different than the Schick injectors as far as angle. It reminds me a lot of the PAL Adjustable as far as needing to be on the exact spot for angle. I'll keep working at it.

Good morning friends. Excellent three pass shave today with the PAL Adjustable. Marvelous lather from the Proraso shave cream. I finished with Old Spice. I am smooth and refreshed, enjoy your day friends. ☺

Inspired by @PLAla [Perry] i used my Jet Black Supply with the Classic/Medium plate and got a great shave. I also have the CHROME Silver that has all 3 plates - I will use that with the aggressive plate tonight I think.....
