I like the Supply SE very much but I have to admit that even its most aggressive configuration is unable to efficiently clean up particularly tricky areas which the Repeating Razors and the Shake Sharp can much more easily deal with. Back of the head got the Shake Sharp to finish.

EXCEPTIONAL shave with the E today. This could easily be my only razor, I just feel a bit like Sam Malone: I gotta have 'em all, and keep having them...

    Have a good night everyone.

A real Heavy Weight at 143 gas, but shaves really well . The ES Claymore, you really have to let the weight do the work.

    : Chinese Schick
    Razor: Schick G8 injector
    Brush: Jayaruh #60 synthetic
    Lather: Route 66 Sweeney Todd
Post: Witch hazel splash enhanced with Stirling Piacenza, Nivea sensitive balm
    WTG, touch-up

The G8 was terrific this morning. Efficient, easy to use, and very comfortable. Nice, smooth shave in one pass with clean up. Superb lather from Route 66. Can't ask for much better on a workday shave.

    Have a great day!

Rob, did you put a mirror on the table to capture your reflection ? When did you start growing a goatee?

The early Shovelhead with a fresh (shimmed) Gem needed no help, BDBS all around. No soap today, oils do the job fine with superior post shave feel and no clogging issues with the Shovelhead.

Hi all, I can see I have a lot of work to do, as far as becoming proficient with the Autostrop is concerned. I have used various Valet Autostrop razors approximately 30 or 40 times in the last 5 years, and almost every time I have drawn blood, or had some mishap that soured the shave.
