I'm thinking about purchasing one. I've read a little about them, and they sound like they work really well. It sounds like a combo Crock Pot/Pressure Cooker/Rice Maker etc. Anyone use one? If so, tell us about it. Which model/size? Good, Bad? Any good recipes??
They rock. Use mine all the time. My crock pot is now dedicated to soap making. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
I'm not saying they're not any good, but my son just got us a rice cooker, and we already have a great pleasure cooker and just pick up a second hand slow cooker from Good Will.
My Instant Pot is one of the best things I have purchased. I made Baby Back Ribs tonight. I live alone, so I eat half of what I cook over two days and vacuum seal/freeze the rest. Works out great. Received a Farberware 6qt pressure cooker from my daughter for father's day last year. A little less expensive than Instant Pot but very similar features. It was a great gift that is used frequently.
Use my pressure cooker quite often. Here is a link to a terrific site with some excellent pressure cooker recipes and other great recipes as well. https://nomnompaleo.com/

The Instant Pot Duo60 arrived a few days ago, and the wife has been on a cooking frenzy with it, using recipes out of an Instant Pot cookbook. She cooked Pot Roast w/veggies, Beef Burgundy, Chicken Risotto, and Rice Pudding. She now feels she has mad cooking skills, because I didn't help her, and everything was super tender, and delicious. She loves this thing.
I will try to get some recipes up. I decided to go back to work and my time online is waaaaaaaaaay down.
