Isn't this really a NEW?

    The ebay lister calls it a long comb fat handle Tech, but I have never seen a fat handle Tech with an open comb head.mthen again, I have only been Into DE razors for three months.

    Would some of the experts here chime in and give a good ID of this razor. See link below:

    It's a NEW. Short comb guard. Common bar handle. I prefer the look of this handle over the ball end.
