I glued up some pieces yesterday, and today, I turned these two handles. I made a jig for cutting the oak blanks and glued some purple heart in the handle. I made four cuts and glued four pieces. I made a cut, glued a piece, and let it dry for four hours. I repeated three more times. This is one of the blanks ready to be turned. Here it is after it has achieved the desired shape. I drilled a knot hole. I put a Celtic button on the bottom. This is the second handle I turned.
Just when we think you have reached the mountain top you show that you can still push higher. Very impressive work.
