This is it, ladies and gentlemen, the last Theme Week of our 2012/2013 year. We'll wrap it up with MENTHOL WEEK! I don't think we could have a better time than now, during the Dog Days of summer, to hit the shave with plenty of chill. So what are you all using this week to beat the heat? By the way, well start a new year of Theme Weeks next month. Still not too late to offer your ideas here ---> *click me*
Well,I don't have a lot of menthol products, but here they are. I guess I'll have to alternate the Proraso soap and CO Bigelow cream (I love them both) and try all the aftershaves. I think I'll use my vintage Lady Eversharp with the gold stars on the handle to reduce the machismo of menthol week. I just got it recently and haven't tried it yet. Found an image to insert for this post
I've got some TSD sub-zero cream that will be perfect for this week I've been using Cella a lot lately so maybe some of that with the M-bomb in it too. The AS will be my old stand-by Aqua Velva Ice Blue.
Sign me up. Tomorrow's menthol shave will be with Palmolive Menthol. This is my favorite shaving cream.

Started off in the shower with five drops of TSD M Bomb in my palm, along with a squirt of shampoo. C. O. Bigelow was whipped up for the shave. Osage Rub and some Brut Attitude finished the first day of Menthol week in a right chilly fashion. I was actually surprised to see menthol in the ingredient list for Brut; I sure can't tell it's there just by slapping it on my face.
Menthol Monday Prep: BC PSO: Peppermint, Tea Tree, Lavender-Hot Shower Soap: Stirling Margaritas in the Arctic Razor: Maggard MR1 Blade: SuperMax Titanium Brush: Omega 10066 Boar Aftershave: Krampert’s Frostbite WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angle for my beard a bit) This was the 1st shave with the SuperMax Titaniums. They did great, nice and smooth so far. I was anxious to try the Stirling Margaritas in the Arctic. It has a great feeling menthol kick and it lathered and cushioned very well, even in my rock hard water. I finished with Krampert’s Frostbite. It leaves my face cool, in great shape, and well conditioned. The combination of the Peppermint PSO, Margaritas in the Arctic, and Frostbite has my face feeling extremely, cool, refreshed, and conditioned. Bob

They did a good job, nice and smooth so far. I was back with the Stirling Margaritas in the ARCTIC. The menthol is just right! This scent is really growing on me. It fills room with a fresh squeezed lime aroma. The lather was easy to find again today…even with south Texas ROCK water. It was thick, slick, and cushioning. I finished with Floid Blue. Along with the MITA soap, it leaves my face cool, in great shape, and well conditioned. I finished today with Floid Blue to keep the menthol shave going. My skin feels great! Bob

They did another excellent job, nice and smooth so far. I was back with the Stirling MITA. Each time I use it, I like it better. It produces a nice thick, smooth lather. Close, nick, and burn free shave. I finished with grocery store Aqua Blue. I figured for $1.50, I should try some. It is not even on the same planet with Krampert’s Frostbite, Captain’s Choice Cat O’Nine Tails, or Floid Blue. Of course, that was no surprise either…… Bob
