Seems like we have enough Mongoose enthusiasts to form another club a la the 400 club...this time for Mongoose owners where we can razorturbate w/ photos and musings - and of course answer questions from goose prospects ("pond hangarounds") Only question...what should it be called? I won't do a poll as it's hard for Tapatalk users to see/use so here's some suggestions to get us started; "The Mongoose Club" (easy and to the point...) "The Gaggle" "The Mighty geese club" Just some examples - submit your idea and we'll just pick whatever sounds most popular? Just curious, it's your club, but why name it after a bird when the mongoose falls under the same classification as cats, hyenas, and civets?

Lol that's a fantastic observation. I guess I always just think of it as 'the goose' and sometimes forget its true, mammal nature.
I was just about to say this. Mongooses are gnarly animals. They're pretty much one of the few true badasses who wrestle outside their weight class and win. Why compare them to a flocking bird with little to no personality or value? As a member of the US Mongoose Society I have to raise an objection here.
