Need recommendations for blades with more sharpness than ASTRA SP

hello gents:
i need recommendations for blades with more sharpness than ASTRA SP, but not Feather or Kai blades ..

Astra's are plenty sharp. Just about any blade is sharp and will cut you quickly if you lose focus. What problem are you having?

I really like the Polsilvers the best ... Gillette Silver Blues are very good, but like Polsilvers better ... remember that's my opinion.

GSB or Voskhod. Shark Super Chrome is nice too. But that's on my face. A blade Focus at the 30 Day Rule/Focus thread would help you find the blade for your face. Just sayin'...

 

While newer I have definitely like GSB and 7 O'clock Yellows. The yellows are my favorite right now! I also enjoy the 7 O'Clock greens, if I had not found the yellows these would have been my choice esp at the 9.99 they were at the time.

 

Gillette Silver Blues, Polsilver Super Iridium or Voskhod Teflon.

 

Try Schick's Plus Platinums (if you can find 'em). And most of what the others have recommended.

What problem do you perceive you are having? What result bothers you with SP?

 

Try the Feathers, they don't come any sharper than that. It's my blade of choice along with the Polsilver.

 

My guess is he tried the Feathers, which is why he said, "...not Feathers..."

PolSilver SI, Viking Sword, 7 O'clock yellows,Voshkods,GSB.
All of these work well on my face with my technique. YMMV

 

Not like I've never made an errant post because I failed to read an entire post.

 

I find Astra Superior Stainless to be a tad sharper than Astra Superior Platinum and just as smooth !!!
