to TSD @Enrico I hope you enjoy it here. The stainless razors while expensive, are nice, I own a Weber. That said the two razors I use daily are Frankenrazors, a Stahly shave head on a SS Weber Bulldog handle and a Gillette "NEW" OC on a FAT Brass Handle..
I've used a Stahly head, but just didn't love it enough to keep it. I have a Gillette New on a Duham Duplex handle I use periodically; nice weight, but a hair more aggressive to use for my daily razor.
Welcome to TSD! I've taken numerous trips to Charleston over the years and have truly enjoyed the city and the people. My younger brother & his wife lived there for about a dozen years before moving to the cooler climate of northern Oregon. Great history, lovely restaurants, friendliest people. Of course, truth be told, I only visited the low country area in the cooler months and avoided the annual long spells of high humidity and oppressive heat.
