I like that idea! Let's see, we'll need cookies, a hoard of amateur comedians, a troll or two, and healthy doses of Russian and Japanese intel. Oh yeah, I guess we'll need to shave too. To keep the momentum going, every now and then someone can shout "Ride the Cap," "Roll Tide," "Technique Trumps Tools," or "Groug Hug!" And don't forget the cookies.
Great photo Jim. L'Orange Noir is some great stuff. Wonderful photo Perry. Very cool looking razor. Tom has some mad skills. Great setup and picture. Safe travels. I have to get me some of the Chatillon Lux Aftershaves. Great picture. Love the brush. The brush is so cool to have been made with something from the Louisville Slugger plant.
Actually, I have one on the way this very moment! Thank you! Don't forget shenanigans! Thank you, Clint!
Hmmmmm. You could almost do a dissertation on the contrast between No Variation NOVember and Decadent DECember. Think asceticism vs hedonism. The old Gnostic dichotomy applied to shaving? Anybody in? Anybody???? (crickets) If my plan for NOVember comes together (in other words, the slow boats all arrive in time) I may gain a better understanding of suffering for the greater good.
So I just have to ask: Your wife doesn't find Tabac to have an old man smell? Of all the samples you sent me, Tabac is way more Old Man to my nose. BTW, my wife got a good sniff I'd the Fine L'Orange Noir this morning. I think she has a new favorite.
Thank you, Clint! Based on my wife's response to her smell test this morning, I will be picking up a full sized bottle of L'Orange Noir very soon.
