The Rules

1. Newbies must have registered within the month of the contest.

(example; register@TSD in July, sign-up for contest in July)
only exception - Newbies who register on the last day of the month, will be allowed to enter either that month's contest or the next. Not both though.
(I'm sorry if you missed out on your drawing month, but this is the only way I can keep track of who has and has not entered a drawing already. Please don't ask to be included if you don't meet the 3 rules.)​

2. Newbies must post their interest in being entered into the drawing in this thread.

(Your name will go on the list when you express your interest, but that does NOT mean you are in the drawing. You still must meet the post requirement, see rule #3.)​

3. Newbies must make 15 posts within the month they are eligible for this give-away.

Hello,
Completely new here and just registered. Been lurking for awhile. I'm trying to learn everything I can, and explore every venture of the art of shaving I can. Due to my occupation I am required to be clean shaven at all times, so I want to make it something I really enjoy, and if the only thing that comes from the contest is some knowledge and tips, I would be more than happy. I currently have a Parker 71R and a 52 Gillete Black tip. I'm extremely interested in straight razors, but know no one who can point me in the right direction. But enough rambling.

i am pretty new to wet shaving - started half year ago. Being so far member of polish wet shavers community.
I am kind of collector guy - started collecting DE razors, SE razors, sharpeners, straight razors and razor blades.

Thanks for the invitation. I'm "re-new" to classic wet shaving, back to the basics after 40 years of bad shaves. I look forward to sharing with like-minded shavers.

Please count me in. My interests have mainly been focused in vintage safety razors. I try to collect at least one example from each decade when technology changed. Lately soaps and brushes have been more of a focus.

Hopefully I can hit the minimum post count over the next couple of days.
