Possible closure of Personna??

Maybe they'll just and close it down until next month when Energizer becomes Edgewell - then she would technically be correct in that Energizer won't shut it down

That makes it sound like they are not stopping production. Like they are just "regrouping" to be able to make more money...

 

The IPO is slated for 1-JUL. They will be traded under NYSE symbol EPC. You won't hear anything about changes before then and probably nothing for a few months. Everything is speculation until then.

They have a web site, but it doesn't say anything: http://www.edgewell.com/ You can see the brands, though. They include both Personna and Schick.

 

Phewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww I guess I will empty out the 15000 blades I had in my pending Amazon shopping cart ...... LOL

No mention of the Personna brand! I would think in the US Personna is a more widely used brand than Wilkinson Sword!
