Only pre. I keep rubbing and adding in until my nostril hairs tickle, then I stop. So, about five bits worth.

I don't use anything pre shave. I lather up right after my shower. My post shave is usually aloe lotion or cocoa butter lotion.
love the proraso pre shave,white or red.i don t shave after a shower so have used this since day one of de.i apply it then use hot towel.works well for me.
I use a fair bit of proraso red pre to start the shave, and reapply a little proraso between every subsequent pass.
