Pure Wet Shaving Nirvana

I do believe I have found it.



Brush: Omega Pro 49
DE Razor: Pre-War, Fat-Handled Gillette Tech (Triangular Holes) paired with a Stainless Steel Maggard M3 Handle
Blade: Astra SP
Soap: Any Stirling
Aftershave: Generic Witch Hazel and Pure Shea Nut Oil

I face lather, so I need my mug for soaking my brush (I have a Superman obsession, lol) and my tub of soap and/or shave stick. I have finally dialed in my Stirling lather making and it is my new reigning champ for a soap.

 

Congrats! That's a good setup. Can't go wrong with Stirling and the Omega 49 brush is a terrific value.

I have that same mug.

I also use a similar razor, same head just on a Weber Bulldog handle. Great shave.

 

Looks like a great set up.

 

I think it is the Superman mug that made the magic happen.
