    Tonight's PIF is brought to you by;
    me (the Queen of Blades)
    and
    gssixgun (the King of Straight Razor Restoration, aka Glen of GemStarCustoms.com)

    All the gratitude and appreciation for this PIF belongs to Glen though. This PIF would be far less exciting without him and his awe-inspiring artistic talents. :smiley respect:

    I just donated the razor.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    What the winner gets;
    This
    (after Glen works his magic)
    (It is a forum based restoration. Meaning; everyone is voting on the design aspects that Glen puts up for us to vote on.)
    What you need to do to enter the drawing;
    Show us something you value very highly that was custom made for you
    (could be shaving related, could be handcrafted by a family member)
    (I've gotten several handmade custom items from fellow forum members over the years, and I value each and every one of them. They are "family heirlooms". That is the spirit behind this PIF contest.)
    Deadline;
    March 31
    Requirements;
    1. Your username must be visible in the picture
    2. You joined TSD prior to March 1, 2012
    I'll be using random.org's list randomizer to select the winner.
    blanka I will not eat my shaving products. Promise.
    My parents had this custom made for me and gave it to me on the day I graduated from college. I value it highly, because it represents the hard work and dedication it took to earn my degree.
    Still proud to call myself a Jayhawk to this day! (even though we lost terribly last night)
    Well, many of you already know the story behind my TSD Custom Razor. If not, click the link to find out. It was restored/assembled for me by a group of TSD members for me right before I left for my deployment. Everything about this razor originated from, was restored by, or replaced by a TSD Member.
    Well - Macaronus has got us all with the best custom made item(s).
    Here is mine. My Dad made this for me when I got married. He hand carved and stained the leather. It hangs on our wall in the entry area of our house.
    My son made this for me out of modeling clay when he was 10 years old. It has not left my nightstand since Fathers Day 2010
    This mug was made by my 10 year old son. There's a paint your own pottery place nearby and he made this for my birthday a couple of months ago. He puts his heart into everything he makes so knowing that, this means the world to me. He made ti to be my tea mug and he even painted the inside brown so the tea stains wouldn't show. Even though it's about 24 ounces, it works great for tea (I brew 16 ounces at a time). Tonight I used it for Fukamushi Sencha
