I picked up an Ever-Ready 300PBT Badger brush at an antique shop for $5 back in September. Due to time constraints with work and 2 kids in diapers I just didn't have time to restore it myself. The original knot was very worn, slightly dried/brittle and had absolutely no backbone. The handle was very dull and had minor scratches. I went with the Silvertip with OEM size of 18mm. Turned out really nice. They buffed out all the imperfections in the handle it looks like new and the knot is really nice. Really happy with it.
