    Great list. May I suggest a few changes.
    A few Merkur AKA's
    • 15c == 157
    • 23c == 180
    • 34c == 178
    I know I saw a more complete list once upon a time at BadgerAndBlade, but today their site appears to be infected by HEUR:Trojan.Script.Iframer virus.
