Üsküdar is a very nice suburb of Istanbul! (but kind of crowded!)

 

Same here. Into the fridge it goes.

 

Put my Alum Block in there as well - stored in the little plastic case. Going to to feel wonderful having that cool block all over my face. It'll help cut down the irritation even more.

 

Thank you for bumping this thread @Legend In My Spare Time. I missed it first time around! I shave in my kitchen, the fridge is right there.

Today was the day for some refrigerated aftershave, if there ever was one. 95 degrees and high humidity here in Western Mass.

Broke out the refrigerated Osage, Lucky Tiger, Witch Hazel, and Alum Block. What a spectacularly smooth and refreshing shave that was. I'm almost tempted to try cold water shaves now.

 

During cool weather, warm or hot shaves.
Hot outside? Cool water shaves all the way.

 

93F+ here in Mass. today. Perfect time to break out the refrigerated aftershaves and alum block. Nothing can cool you down quicker than some chilled Osage Rub. My face is frozen and I love it!

 

I keep a bottle of Florida Water in the fridge year round.

 

Paired my cold water shave with my aftershaves from the fridge today. I'm frozen in this muggy weather and feeling wonderful. Nothing like spritzing your face with some refrigerated Osage Rub/Skin Bracer combo - so very refreshing.

The AC was broken at work today, so I was sitting in a 90F+ office for the last 12 hours. Wasn't so bad, but I had the most intense urge to shave and break out the refrigerated aftershaves - so I did!

Had the most refreshingly cool shower, followed by a cold shave, and topped off with refrigerated Lucky Tiger, Witch Hazel, Osage Rub, and Alum block. A grand experience!

 

Oh yes, I'm trying this. The Osage Rub goes in the refrigerator tonight.
