I was lucky enough to score two tubes of Rise After Shave Cooling Balm in the latest TSD raffle. Today I shaved with my Fatboy adjusted to 6 on day 5 of an Astra blade. I was in a rush and did a quick two pass shave. There were no nicks, cuts or weepers, but I had a little agitation from not paying attention so much to the blade angle as it sped across my face. I used my new Rise After Shave Cooling Balm afterward. The balm is very thin & goes on quick as it is very slick & somewhat thin. After applying it, I thought I might need to rub it in a little, so I rinsed my hands and by the time I was done drying my hands, the balm had been completely absorbed by my skin. This stuff is a good "no nonsense" balm that requires no fuss and absorbs quickly. It has a nice light clean scent & does exactly what it says it will do.
My problem has been that more often than not, more comes out than I would like. But that's on me, not the tube.
