Is that like 9 bucks US?

Sounds like a bargain. NOW, five years ago ida thunk you were nuts spending ten bucks on a little brush and a bar of soap.
    My how perceptions change.

Cool! Is that a boar or synthetic brush? Could you please let us know how the soap performs?

Yeah takes a lot of work. Tried it this morning. Average, lathered up well but not long lasting - but for 4 quid what did I expect? I did not buy this soap because I could not afford a better one but rather to research. some cheap soaps/creams are great - Proraso, Musgo and the Russians so now I have one more experience to my repertoire.

The Wilkinson brush is a boar although I did not use that brush for this test.

Not a fan of the flying saucer soap. I do recommend the Wilkinson Sword stick though; much better soap, in my opinion.
