Usually, just some old Avon protein hair lotion. Just got another full bottle for $3. Great stuff.

Layrite for me usually, though I am considering graduating from water based to oil based pomades

I se Queen Charlotte Soaps shampoo bars and vinegar rinse.

Depending upon my mood and the style I'm after:
Hair tonics: Lucky Tiger, neam oil
Pomades: Brylcream, Murray's, NuNile and Layrite Original

 

I just use some aloe vera gel or lotion. Most hair products cause me to break out around the hair line, so this is my alternative and its working out very well

 

It appears that the fellas at Layrite are putting out some good items-I'm familiar only with their Bay Rum, but they certainly don't stop with that.

 

When my hair is beginning to get unmanageable and I didn't shave with Clubman-Consort Styling Spray is the answer.
When my hair is...............................................................DID shave............................Clubman Stylimg Gel......................

 

Hair is now thinning so I have very good results from Groom n Clean.

Using generic Vitalis I got on clearance at Walgreens a while back. Works great until you work up a sweat and it covers your forehead in oil.

That's what happened to me when I did Clubman aftershave in the summer...some people sweat bullets-that day I was sweating Clubman.! But as this is a hair thread, I'd get the same effect if I used Clubman Hair gel in the summer.

 

So whatcha put in your hair? At least as possible as I don't need to scare away or choke a dwindling resource.
