    Thank you, my friend.
The razor is very smooth, but a tad mild for my coarse beard.
I think you might enjoy it seeing as you like your Feather AS-D2 razor. :)

I love seeing the Knight every time he makes an appearance!

Every time you post with that AS, Jason, I think of Doc Brown (from Back to the Future) having a bad hair day.

What a beautiful Shave, feels soooo good. Back to my favorite set up. A 2 pass shave, WTG/ATG a small amount of clean up. Smooth, close with a cold water rinse, a generous amount of "afta" AS and voila ! a really great shave. Getting to be funner and more funner!!! God love you all and bestow as good as I got.

04/29/2018 -> Saturday Night Shave - PAA Dark Chocolate - with Organism 46b balm - the balm goes well with this. A new addition to my inector family - torquise Type G - slightly beaten up - i had to bend it a little to straighten the head - but this injector is a winner - i love how the used ones have there own feeling and this seems to be aggressive like a Type E - I like this and the vintage Plus Platinum is just A+++++

Mikron Mk2/Astra SS. For whatever reason I get along with this earlier iteration the best. Setting 5. Amazing blend of mildness and efficiency, single pass head shave no problem. While the bottom plate geometry is essentially the same as the Rockwell the Apollo has less cap span which probably helps account for it being an even smoother shaver.[IMG]

Does IB offer their Amici in a metal container? Or did you re-package it. I like the look of the "tin". And for the price, Amici is hard to beat!

I did in fact repackage it. I have a lot of bigger brushes that I find difficult to load in a container that is smaller then 4" in diameter. The label was easy enough to peel off after warming it up a bit with my wife's blow dryer.

Is that the original handle or a Jayaruh replication? I have seen a yellow one on ebay - WAY to expensive to buy - but a replication is a great thing !

Yeah, I made that. I should have made it about a half inch shorter though. It is a nice one though.
