An early morning shave today. Shave #4 with the Sabre. Elegant, classic lines and a wonderful shaver. And the GEM blade just keeps getting better and better. A 2 pass with minor touch ups, and BBS all around. Even better, ZERO irritation. Have a great day Gents and enjoy the festivities during our countries celebration...

Prep: Neutrogena invigorating face wash (Mentholated)
Shave: Qshave Futur clone with a Shark Super Stainless
Soap: Fine Snake bite lathered with the JR177 brush
Post: alum followed with a splash of AV Ice blue.
For any menthol lovers Snakebite is freeze your face off level cold! It's also a great performing tallow soap.

We're leaving today to go back home and in a way I'm happy because I can't wait to see my parents. (and our beautiful daughter!) All is well with them, thank goodness. My Dad was placed in a beautiful residence where he'll be getting excellent care, and he's in very good spirits.

This shave was exactly how I like it - BBS, relaxed, and frigid. The Glacial Spearmint's scent filled the bathroom, or I should say it reinforced the scent in the bathroom because I used the matching bath soap for my shower. My Plissoft synthetic whipped up such awesome lather that was so rich, slick, and bone-chillingly cold. Three passes (WTG, XTG, ATG) cleaned me up and made me so SMOOTH, a nice massage with the Glacial Spearmint balm added to the iciness and made my skin feel like I had gone to a spa and a couple of splashes of the Rubby Dubby Doo felt heavenly!

MM shave was very nice. MHM fits the bill just right. Makes very nice lather, and o so cold. Three passes with the sledgehammer, felt done at two, but a third quiet pass brought the baby home. Omega Alum (quiet) and proraso green, after a cold rinse finished the frigid show.
