With these items a man is guaranteed to almost freeze to death because everything in this set-up is damned cold. The Glacial Lemon Chill is a brand-new puck and I did a test lather with it and got PERFECT results. The menthol effect is simply off the frigging charts - it really slams into you hard. The scent of this soap is so delightful and refreshing as well, and I might add that I never had such great skincare from any other lemony-scented soap or cream. The Gold Bond/Rubby Dubby Doo combo are wicked and wonderful!

The Col. Conk Lime Shaving Soap face-lathered well with my Semogue 1800 Boar brush. Two passes with my Gillette Red Tip SS razor and a Ladas Super Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Rose Petal WH and then Pinaud Clubman after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Very nice. The soap is great, the combination of Razor and blade is for me the best i´ve ever used. Gentle and thoroughly. The Omega Brush arrived on Saturday. The Bristles don´t need any break in time. Just great lather from start to finish. The Aftershave smells awesome and the skin care is top notch.

Menthol Monday
Nice easy shave today. The Colonel easily whipped up CBLMR into thick slick protection. I dialed down the Fatboy a little today, going 9/7/5 to see if the milder settings can produce a close shave a little more comfortably. I think it was a mixed result. Using setting 5 required more touch up, so the benefit of less blade exposure was lost to extra abrasion from touching up. I think I'll go back to higher settings tomorrow. Krampert's Frostbite provided a nice cool and scent while adding to the skin care of CB.

Wowwwwww, I'm smoother than smooth and feeling fresh and chilly after this shave. I'm still freaked out at how easy these new Glacials lather, and at how cold they feel!

A very good 3 pass shave this morning. The M2 is pretty mild and required alot of touch ups to get a near BBS. I have a R2 on loan as well so I might give that a try in the morning.

Nice way to start a new week with my "old reliable" Nivea Original. This, with a new Feather Blade in the Parker is my no-fail perfect shave. No nicks, no weepers, no tears, no blood shed.
I'm ready to face the week!

Really enjoying injector razors as a "change of pace" from the DE's I've been using. This is my second antique shop find for $4. I've been experiencing very close DFS shaves with much less AS 'sting' afterwards. Question: how long do injector blades last?

 

I can get from 7 to 10 daily shaves with injector blades.
