The Tritan Copolymer that they use for the razor is utilized in a lot of medical equipment so it will hold up.

Don't worry Kerry. If yours is not defective it will hold up just fine. Will you be using it for a head shave too?

Hello, my two last shaves in 1 pic :

I had to test these Darwin Popular prototypes that I received recently, not too bad ! Interesting fact, they are not made of the same metal...

    Bonne journée Messieurs ;)

It's like a sauna outside here. I just got out of the pool and I'm sitting in the shade for a bit then I'll tan a little more. We're already very dark.

DFS. The blade was one shave past where I should have pitched it but did okay. No problems. Pleasant lather. Forgot how nicely balanced the Bullet is.

Last week and a half I didn't have the opportunity and time to post my shaves, hectic time at the job, but finally I caught a breather and I'm able to post my last shave of yesterday night:

Very good shave with this little beauty Leresche Modèle #85 (thanks a bunch @Cha-wing!! ). The Gillette Silver Blue was a first and on its first use I can say that this blade will fall on my top 5 of DE blades, next shaves will tell in what position though hehe.

Calani soap and balm are a sensorial delicacy. Very good performance and the always present orange aroma is a pleasure.

Hope everyone has a great week! Cheers.

Andrew @Linuxguile (who has a shop on Etsy) supplied what he called a no-name shavette. I've found a Canadian vendor that sells them and a name for the tool! It's a no frills razor with a nice bit of SS heft.

    Fat Tuesday / Tech Tuesday
Uncharted territory. The prewar tech performed most excellently with a Feather on its 9th shave. I should have kept it to try for a 10th, but I binned it just because. Excellent MWF lather whipped up with the big boar, and finished with Nivea Cool Kick ASB and Gillette Cool Wave AS. Have a blessed day gentlemen.

Washington, DC is also plenty humid and hot. But it's not a tropical humidity like what South Florida gets.
