Monday - Day one on my course
    Merkur 37C + Gillette 7 o'clock yellow
    Simpsons Berkeley
RazoRock Nonno Michelino Soap + MBomb
    RazoRock Nonno Michelino ASB

Beautiful shave, those 7 o'clock yellows are smooth (Thanks Luke!) I just brought 1 razor, 1 brush, 2 soaps with me here on course, and 1 ASB but a nice assortment of blades at least (Thanks again to Luke!) I'm starting to like getting to know Merkur again, hopefully it doesn't kill my desire for the Feather razor. Guess we'll see by the time I get home in July.

Pre: MRGLO, Family Dollar Deep Cleansing Skin Cream
    Soap: RazoRock XXX
    Brush: Semogue 2030 Pure Badger
Razor: Fatip open comb Polished Nickel, with an Ikon Bulldog Handle
    Blade: Astra Superior Premium Platinum
    Post: Alum, Dickinson’s Witch Hazel
    A/S: Captain's Choice
Posted this in the wrong thread so I will re post it here.
The Fatip with an Ikon Bulldog handle makes a very good combination for me. It is shorter but heavier than the Grande handle. A three pass BBS shave with no nicks or weepers.

    Good morning.

This week is going to be a busy one at work; I will therefore keep my SoS Posts short and sweet (as I am writing them at the office).

    Tuesday’s shave:

Martin de Candre ‘Savon de Marseille’ face wash
    Calani Purissima shave soap
Mühle Basic Nr. 02 shave brush with Silver Tip Fibre
1960 British Gillette Flare Tip Rocket
    Feather blade (2.)
    D.R. Harris Marlborough after shave

A quick 1-pass shave, as there was not much left anyway, stubble was reluctant showing itself.

Couldn't NOT take new Gillettes and Personnas with me! Glad to see the injectors are good! They didn't agree with me one single bit, so I figured I should give them a loving home where they would be used.

    Menthol Monday June 4

    Prep: Hot shower
    Razor: Gillette Red Tip SS
    Blade: Astra SP
    Soap/Cream: Proraso Green (old formula)
    Brush: Omega 599 Silvertip
AS: Nivea Sensitive balm followed by Aqua Velva Iced Sport

Results: BBS I need to break out the Proraso more often this stuff is amazing. A very cold shave for a rainy day today. It feels good after getting razor burn yesterday so bad. The new blade did wonders for me. I guess at 10cents a blade I can afford to change it every few shaves.

Injector week - Monday night shave

    IMG_0260.JPG

    DFS-

I have been on an injector trip lately and this week is my E type.
The E is held alot diffrent then the I type from last week.
Alot more aggressive I would say IMO at least.
I give it a few days and I'll find my groove.

The lather of the DVH is almost creamy feels great on the skin in a cool water lather.
I ended up with a few micro weapers and a few scratchy patches along the jaw line all technique related.

My frankenblam ran dry last shave so I have a new mix for this week:
aprox 50 ml boosters polar ice
    20 drops m-bomb
1 table spoon old prorasso pre/post cream

    :Animatedfrozensmily::Animatedfrozensmily::Animatedfrozensmily:
    So nice feelin' like ice.

    until the next moon

    Obsession for Men EDT

My first shave with this Nanny's Ice & A Slice soap and I think it's fantastic. The scent is so lovely - to me anyway, it's quite bay rummy with a very pronounced menthol note. It lathers very well, and it has a POWERFUL cooling sensation which I love, with goat's milk for extra skincare. The 444 balsam and the Osage Rub are a formidable menthol duo! ;) :D
