Superb shave this morning. The Dunshire soap lathered beautifully with the JR #60 synthetic brush. Slick and protective. Two days of growth mowed down easily by the J1 injector. Not much else to say. Terrific results.

Route 66 Lavender Woods today. 20 seconds to load the JB Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. I moved the Gillette Platinum-Plus to my Gillette Fat Handle Tech. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Bentley Intense.

Ok, so I've tried the Long Rifle SS many times now, using different amounts of water, different brushes etc. The results are the same for me. AMAZING scent but only adequate (at best) lather resulting in me smelling great but with irritation. This one goes back on the shelf for now. Ended up with an ok shave so I reckon I'm ready to go get some more chicken food. Now go enjoy your day folks

How was your shave??

 

I've heretofore binned the Tian Li after two face shaves and one head shave because four cents, this morning I tried a second head shave with fine results. Progress on four, AOS Sandalwood, and the old Plisson.

I agree with your views on the PRISMATIC - I love it and it is at the top of my DE list. Its got just enough aggression, and shaves smooth like a Gillette Tech but it is far more efficient to the Tech. Best part is the audio feedback, this puppy sings..... I have been using the PAA 2 piece travel handle (which is so nice - it gets thick at the end) and its amazing the combo.

So simple, it`s like falling off a log. WTG/ATG light clean-up for a good solid DFS. Now I`m ready for "My Public", may God always have the wind at your back and love in you heart. May all have the shave you want this day.

We are relocating and my gear is all packed up.
Won't bore TSD with the same picture of the same gear for the next 30+ days.
However, IF, and I stress the word "if" I were to only have these products forever, while it might be boring,
I can't imagine a better shave.

I only had time to shave my cheeks and a small section on each side of my neck. Then I switched to my Edwin Jagger to finish up quickly because I didn't have time to go slow when getting ready for work. So far I'm still working on keeping my best found angles assigned to memory so that I can shave quicker.
