Rod is so on top of customer satisfaction!! He truly sets the tone and mark.

 

+1! Best customer service out of any place I have dealt with. It's one of the endless reasons why I am a repeat customer. The fact that his and Mandy's products are outfreakingstanding is just an added bonus.

My puck of bs is almost gone Gave Rod a call today to assist (gift card) with a resupply puck of bs as well as the balm( their balms are just awesome). He always outperforms just about anyone else out there. Between the performance of the soap, as well as the customer service; it's really hard to go anywhere else
