I take Spirulina algae tablets. It is one of the oldest foods on earth, and suppose to be good for you. Also take multi vitamins, and visit the health food store for anything I may need since I don't take pharmaceutical drugs ar all, not even asprin.

    * Multi-vitamin, Centrum Silver for Men (recommended by GP and Optometrist)
    * Fish oil - positive impact on cholesterol and triglycerides, as well as anti-inflammatory (Recommended by GP)
    * Hi-potency B complex and Hi-dose B12, helps slightly with trauma-induced neuropathy (recommended by GP; also take a prescription for the neuropathy, which is really painful)

    Medicinal.

I drink two cups of Peet's Sumatran coffee each day. It's low acid, and rich in flavor...very earthy. The aged Sumatran is even milder, but too expensive for my budget.

I use Costco's store brand, Kirkland, which is enteric coated. I've been using it for years, with re-visitation!

Okay gang...now you've entered my world of expertise. It's what I study nutrition and life extension. I could go on forever and ever but right now I'll give you the best vitamins on the planet. It's called radical shield from life extension. There's the 12 a day or there's the 3 a day...1with each meal. Best formulation that I've ever come across without diving into the world of the internal body this is where you start.
if you want to know more and really try to extend your life let me know the research is incredible. They've already stopped and reversed aging in mice. Believe It or Not - aging mechanisms in mice are more similar to humans than apes or chimpanzees. There's a new company that just came out with a new pill that stimulates your mitochondria. That's an organism that's in every human cell. Okay I better stop.

Did your doctor recommend the magnesium supplements? I've been on PPIs for years and now I'm developing an arthritic condition that comes and goes. After reading about the negative side effects of PPIs, I wonder if that could be the cause.

When I get home I'll get you guys the name of the company and you can read all the information on their website the pills are $60 a month which is about what you spend on vitamins you take two a day if you buy a year's supply its only $50 a month but it has some great positive research from a bunch of scientists that has worked around the FDA... remember the FDA is not our friend when it comes to life extension supplements anything that's not drug-related. UC aging is classified as a disease and a Disease by definition is something that can be cured. Every 90 days every cell in your body regenerates as we age our cells duplicate inferior cells this substance corrects that it has already been proven in Europe the substance has no side effects and no adverse interactions it is completely safe. As soon as I can afford it I'm going to contact them and order it several of the researchers have been taking it and have shown results as far as regrowing hair, grey coming back to normal color, better sleep patterns, higher energy levels, weight loss and muscle mass gain.

It's also been shown to stimulate the immune system which is key to staying young and healthy and in the process of age reversal we're not talking not only stopping it but reversing the aging process

I did my own research on that one and just let my doc know that I planned on starting them. I deal with mild anxiety and depression as well, and sometimes Magnesium deficiencies can cause those symptoms, so my doctor had no problems with the decision.

    LATEST ORDER

    Whey Protein (strawberries & cream)
    Synephrine hcl
    Caffeine
    Probiotics

Back when the ECA based fat burners were banned a lot of us old school lifters started buying synephrine hcl and combining it with caffeine to get similar effects. I got away from this over the past few years without realizing it. I cannot wait for this order to arrive because the synephrine/caffeine combo really gives workouts and bike rides a kick in the butt !!!

    I take a
    B-6
    Glucosamine chondroitin
    Every night
They were recommended by the hand specialist for arthritis

I'm not saying they work, but I've totally used my good hand, and I've only needed shots (about once a year) twice.

Like i said, I've some faith in him(big him first, then the doctor) , and he said i should take them.

I get the Walgreens brand of the chondroitin (it can be expensive).

I'm looking to add a worthy multivitamin to my regimen. My wife started a whole food/plants food vitamin recently. That's the type I'm looking to add. Thinking of this brand:

I've seen ALIVE before. It's a possibility down the road. I'm doing Men's 50+ One-A-Day currently. But I like the concept of "Food-based blend" multis.
