    Sorry to squelch the mojo. Just look at it like I was taunting everyone else, and go melt down some brass or something so you can build us a newly designed razor out of scraps in your basement.

    I am thinking along the lines on something that anybody can make. Mikes brush idea out of the bottle is a fantastic one.

    I'm not using any CNC, or equipment. I am going the "Jayaruh" method. Just a, Dremel. I hope some Dark Side brothers will hone some utility or carpet blades with their mojo and screw it on a stick ! :)

    Should I enter...in true redneck style, I would swear only use duct tape, a hammer and maybe some pantyhose. No power tools or any of that book learning nonsense.

    Harvesting the bristles. A lot easier than I thought. Just a cable tie kept it together after removing the bristles KIMG0035.jpg
