    I might trim part of the top finger section shorter. If it is too short you cannot open it. I might also add a few holes in the comb section to let lather out. The stir sticks are very fragile. I don't want to weaken it too much.

    A quick check and it shaved arm hair fine. Not too much exposure. Gap is exactly 1 pop cycle stick. Going to give it a test run tomorrow.

    I know the geometry looks totally wrong. But checking it out laying a straight edge from top spring to comb tangent points. The blade exposure is about .012 inch

    The base is cut from a paint stirring stick. All widths and thickness are as they came. No mods at all. Only rounded the base nose.

    Ok imagine you are out squirrel hunting. You have to cross a crick. There is no good way to cross without gittin overalls wet. You see that there is a log on the far side and one on your side. You reckon ifins yall could lay a log across bofum. That thar will beun yur bridge.

    The point where your log touches them others is yur tangent.

    Just giving you a hard time. I fully well know what a tangent is.

    My first entry is a wood TTO. So far, so good ! I wish I just made a 3 piece DE, but since my gift for that entry was a TTO, I made a wood TTO. Much more filing to go, and I will have some pictures worthy of posting. It will be fully functional and shave ready. Nice SE there @twhite ! . Really nice work !
