I picked up a shaver grade 46-47 Aristocrat. It came with a fairly nice case too. But don't tell the SE guys.

 

According to USPS, my A/S sampler from West Coast Shaving should be waiting for me when I get home. Picture to follow.

Two things arrived today, same package. A case for a Regular Flair Tip, which is the new home for my first year production Flair Tip (Z3). Reproduced a copy of the instruction sheet and now need a blade dispenser for it. Also got this World War 2 era Tech, triangular slots, which I will use in my rotation to preserve the gold on my post war Tech.

 

If you have a Above The Tie R, could you compare them for me. I would like a Timeless and I find the ATT R a bit too aggressive and the M just a little too mild. Where would the Timeless scalloped head sit in there do you think? Thanks.

So I knew that the A/S sampler was waiting in my mailbox. But imagine my delight when there was also a package from Japan! Yup, the Travel Razor I won in the raffle arrived also! Win-Win!

I opened my mail box and just got in my 1932 Canadian Fat handled Tech (oblong slot) with a bonus pack of Wilkinson blades! All set to clean it and use it tonite!

 

Thanks, also the Canadian Techs are supposed to be a bit more aggressive than American ones.

 

I made a trade with a member here and received a bunch of Kai and Feather blades in the mail. I am pretty excited about the Kai blades as it has been about 6 years since I used my last one. Now I am good to go.
