Just got my bath soap order, and since I worked outside all day in 90+ heat with a good bit of humidity, decided to take the Glacial Spearmint for a test drive. It blows the MITA and Iced Pineapple bars right out of the water in terms of menthol level! I got out of the shower and shivered! Good stuff!
Welcome to the arctic!!! Me too, I showered with the Glacial Spearmint and I literally froze my butt off! lollllll
Never used any citrus yet. I have a lime from the soap pass around but Ive been lovin Ben Franklin and have just about used up the sample of that. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
I'm curious to know how the Ben Franklin smells. Someone said it's clovey and someone else said it's spicy.
I think it is both. But it has a sweet element, and smells kind of like birch beer or soda. It is a really cool scent. I think it's kind of a love hate one.
I get cloves in it, but not overpowering. It's a unique scent, I enjoy it quite a bit, but it calls me more in cooler weather.
From what Ive seen on the forums love hate fits it perfectly. Its not as robust as a bay run but still lingers through the day. Ill go home and try to give a better description but its def a scent Ill be getting at least a 1oz puck of, maybe bigger. I still need to find some citrus and try SDM or Stirling or executive man. Never had a chance to try them. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
I M Bomb all kinds of stuff, also have crystals. And for our newbies, our forum store sells both. www.theshavedenshop.com
My next Glacial, or at least Stirling shave will be Saturday morning because one of my remaining creams is screaming at me for some love! lollll I'll give it a whirl tomorrow morning!
It's like heaven! For me, it is like a slightly woodsy cologne scent that is very refined and classy. It reminds me of wearing a suede jacket in Colorado, lol. Definitely one of my favorite Stirling scents. If you have ever used Creed silver mountain water, it is Exactly the same. Here is the official Stirling soap description: Product Description A blend of bergamot, orange, green tea, black currant, Galbanum, musk, sandalwood, and petitgrain, this is a fragrance inspired by the Creed Silver Mountain Water cologne. (Fragrance Oil)
Thanks ill have to get it. Already have executive man, sharp dressed man, and island man. Might as well get mountain man!!
