The A1, A2, A3 is like the Gillette date code system. A1 means first quarter of 2010, and so on. New scents are available only to those who have become a member of TSD's Soap of the Quarter Club. The SOTQ started this year, and the first two scents were crazy good. I keep gaining weight with the third one. hehe
Just gotta say... I just received 2 TSD soap sample, Lavender Rose for SWMBO (and she loves it). And Monkey Farts for my teenage daughter, who when she read the label she said, and i quote " im not gonna go around smelling like a monkey's butt" the she smelled the soap and fell in love. We will be buying more. Thanks JoAnna! Now I'm just just patiently (not really, im too excited to be patient after seeing the quality of the soaps) waiting on my samples of after shave milk.
I'm loving my Blue Pine lanolin soap. For the cost it's probably the best I have.If you take cost out of the equation it would be a tie between my MWF and PdP. Actually, the scent puts it with them no matter the cost.
Just purchased the SOTQ plan...can't wait to see what I get! Edit: kudos to the writer of the product blurbs at the shop. A bag o'cookies and random shaving stuff, but someone ate the cookies..._and_ an Unclean Harold reference, in the same blurb...well done!
