Last week, my wife and I were in the Super Target store near our home in South Florida. I had seen all of these VDH products before, but not at this store.

The razor looks and feels very much like the Weishi and Micro One Touch. It's basically a Gillette Super Speed knock-off, but clearly made of lighter and thinner metal. It doesn't really feel flimsy, but it certainly isn't "substantial." I've read on other groups that it is, in fact, identical to the Weishi.

The $19.99 badger brush had a few stray hairs, but otherwise seemed to be of reasonably good quality. The handle has a nice weight to it. I'm not sure that an uninformed customer will realize that the brush included in the $24.99 Shave Set is not the same one (it's boar).

I have the set with the badger brush, mug, and combo razor/brush. The mug is high quality as is the stand. The brush sheds a little but for the price of this kit it too is a steal. You will see a lot of this kit in SofTD pictures.

That shave mug itself is worth 25$ if you ask me. Living in Sweden the cheapest mug like that it can get costs double that =P plus you get to use the other stuff that comes with it hahaha
