Today, it is everything I have performed by Trevor Pinnock and The English Concert - so far, Vivaldi's Flute Concertos and "Alla Rustica" Concertos, Handel's Coronation Anthems and Concerti a due cori, and now Bach's Harpsichord Partitas. Still to come: Purcell's Dido and Aeneas and Bach's Goldberg Variations.

I have been looking for a thread like this :) I love music, of almost all kinds (country and I, after a torrid love affair, broke up awhile ago and most late 70's-early 90's pop...sucks)

Currently on My top 10 (alphabetical by artist)
Midnight Rider - The Allman Brothers
    War Pigs - Black Sabbath
I Hope Tomorrow Is Like Today - Guster
Voodoo Chile (Slight Return) - Jimi Hendrix
What Is And What Should Never Be - Led Zepplin
    Whiplash - Metallica
He Got Game - Public Enemy
Voice of the Voiceless - Rage Against the Machine
    Run - Snow Patrol
    Tearz - Wu Tang Clan

:happy102 Just listening to the preview track from their new forthcoming album!

All their albums are pretty much on standby wherever I go. I have all their back catalogue on my iPod and the CDs stowed safely in my glovebox "just in case" :D I plan on seeing them live yet again in October!

Bach's Cello Suites, performed by Pierre Fournier

Currently I am downloading Henryk Szeryng's performances of Bach's Sonatas & Partitas for Solo Violin. Can't wait to hear them.

Gounod's Roméo et Juliette with Jose Carreras and Patricia Wise. It was recorded in 1983 but I just saw it in a charity (thrift) shop for US$3.00 so I decided to take a chance. It is wonderful!

Update: Jumped into the older classic rock playlist, listening to 25 or 6 to 4 by Chicago. What a great band! A rock band with a brass section, very nice, very innovative and totally unheard of at the time.
