Man....I hardly remember all the stuff I've PIF'd, traded, and sold. I used to have a lot of razors (35 or so) and brushes (20ish) and sold most of it. Early on I PIF'd a lot of stuff that I wasn't using or that I had excess of. After the great purge I haven't been so generous though but mainly because I don't have near the hoard and what I have I either use or plan to use. In the last month or three I have added a few more soaps to the stack. I am eyeballing a Rockwell 6S though but may sell off my last few str8s to fund it since I'm not using them.

More soaps, creams, blades and razors than I can remember, TBH. I'd buy something everyone in the world loved and it would turn out that I'd hate it. Or I'd start buying cheap razors because I liked the handles. Used to have a handful of Cadets due to that, and more than my share of cheap Chinese imports. I think most everything got PIF'd, one way or the other. I've cut down on everything and I believe I've only made 1 or 2 purchases this year. Maybe none, come to think of it, but I doubt that.

Two Stirling soap samples, Pharaohs Dreamsicle and Autumn Glory. PIF, couldn't take the scent. And soon a Samurai Classic Shavette with some remaining blades. PIF, I use only my straights and my DE's.

Haven't kept this thread as updated as I wanted, but here is a PIF I am doing as a retirement gift to my former boss. He said he wouldn't shave with a straight because he didn't want to explain to coworkers what happens to his face. (Strop is from Falminco Leather/ Shane Irwin, not one of mine.)
Adjustables = gone. SEs = the 1914 is all that's left. A handful of TTOs/3 pieces Down to one tub of soap (Face's pine tar); when that's gone I'll be using Barbasol and vintage Colgate lime for awhile. Still only one brush gifted to me years ago by a missed ex-member. Still have more carbon blades than I can use, and more a/s than I need but I wear it even with a beard.

I don't have a pic, but I've almost decided to let my son have my r41. I let him use it and now he loves it. ( I'm struggling a little bit. I love that thing.)
I have PIF'd quite a few things, my memory is not what it used to be but a few things I remember are: Gillette Superspeed Omega s synthetic brush Frankenrazor AOS badger brush bunch of different blades (I usually throw some blades in with most trades as well) quite a few soaps that I cant think of right now
