What is osage rub?

I knew someone would end up horsing around with this topic.

 

Absorbine Jr., perhaps?

 

Im thinking it was different. Absorbine Jr came along later in my life and I remember the little roll on bottle of it. The horse liniment was in an unlabeled brown bottle, i think. This would of been in the late 60's or so

 

Just looked at images in a Google search and found the bottle.......Absorbine Vetrinary liniment.

 

I didn't like it much, the first time I tried it, because it was so different from anything else I had. After a couple of times used, it grew on me, and its a once a week aftershave.
