No real set rotation but lately been using Shannon's Etherea, Maggard Lime & Bergamot, Wolfpac Italian Orchard
My rotation looks like SV Felce SV Dolomiti Stirling grapefruit Speick cream Mike's orange cedarwood & black pepper. Queen Charlotte Cayman Cella WSP Lavender Panna Crema Lavendotto Mystic Waters Adirondackjack
My normal rotation is ARKO. Every once in a blue moon I'll use something else that's just sitting on my shelf collecting dust just to use it.
One time I made it through a complete rotation of my ridiculously large soap stash (44 ) Way too complicated. Now, in my new home, my soaps aren't even all within eyeshot so I just grab one. I am on the lookout for a display case that will handle my entire collection...
I still have many soaps and creams after getting rid of a huge number of others. These days for me it's mainly: Stirling Krampert's OSP First Canadian As well as whatever I think of using.
I don't really have a rotation. I usually choose a soap to use when my current one runs out. Right now I'm using Sir Hare, but when that runs our I plan on ordering MWF. I never really thought about keeping multiple soaps, but that doesn't sound like a bad idea.
I have a fair number of soaps/ creams. I am a serendipitous type person, so logical, methodical soap rotation would cause me undue stress. So I usually make the decision while I’m soaking in the shower.
No particular order for me. I can't think that far ahead and plan a soap/cream rotation and be meticulous about it. I have a hard time as it is rotating my razors and figuring out what I'm going to use next. But, I do have those that I am very reluctant to stop using on a regular because they provide a great scent, lather, slickness and protection above others that I have: B&M (Seville) Stone Cottage (Leather&Smoke, Coconut Sandalwood, Suede de Kashmir) WSP Formula T (Mahogany, BlackBeard, Ol' Kentucky, Barbershop, Sandalwood) WSP Rustic (Black Amber Vanille) Alvarez Gomez Aqua de Colonia Shannon's Soaps (Silk Pajamas, Lady Luck) Asylum Shave Works (Neroli&Black Pepper, Frankincense &Myrrh) Deluxe Shaving Co. (Doo-Wop) AoS Kingsman LE (Bourbon) I reserve the right to alter/change this list as more soaps/creams are brought forth from countless artisans....... Plus a few others I'm planning on acquiring in the very near future. Such as Grooming Dept., Tallow & Steel, L&L Grooming, Fitjar, La Pere Lucien and Blah blah blah....... I have no shame.
Stirling Executive Man Stirling Pumpkin Spice Stirling Agar Stirling Sharp Dressed Man Stirling Mountain Man ... there seems to be a trend here. Not a true rotation, I mainly used Exectuive Man but since my wife got me pumpkin spice Ive been wearing that bad boy out.
I dont have a set rotation. I buy soaps and use 1 until its gone, then I go into the closet and pull out another one.
That's the beauty of a rotation - no need to plan ahead, no lost time trying to figure out what to use, just grab the next one up, use it, put it at the end, next one up.
Now that is sound advice and a logical way that we should use our soaps...... BRILLIANT!!!!! Unfortunately, I have no self control...
I have tons of soaps, and I select them based largely upon whim and weather conditions. I typically don't use many mentholated items this time of year, but I use them 90% of the time or more during the warm months (I live in Texas, so that means 10 months out of the year, lol)
I don't stick to any order, but lately I've been reaching for schafmilch the most. Haslinger schafmilch Victoria and Margaret spearmint eucalyptus soap AOS sandalwood tallow B&M vetyver santal And Hallows SV Felce Aromatica
I don’t have a rotation. I just use whatever I am in the mood for. If I can’t decide, I pick the six I most want to use, and roll a die.
