For a while I have switched to brands rather than a specific soap. I am using Saponificio Varesino and Jabonman. Excellent lather from both brands. I pick the scent depending on mood too.
No rotation, I go with what smells great at the time. I also use my friends here at TSD SOTD for inspiration.
Sometimes the simple approach is best. We do have a habit here of over-complicating the morning shave routine (brush rotations, soap rotations, razor rotations, blade rotations, aftershave rotations). I understand this is often a direct result from having an abundance of gear from which to choose, but I personally prefer some spontaneity as I begin the morning shave.
Next week (when it arrives), I'll be adding Razorock Sea Salt shaving cream to m lineup. I can hardly wait. There is something exciting about getting a new soap. I was going to get another bar of MWF, but a fun aspect of wet shaving is trying new products so I decided to take a chance on this one.
No rotation for me really, but I just use what I feel like from my small selection: MWF Tabac La Toja Palmolive Stirling Barbershop I have two creams on hand as well (Body Shop Maca Root and C.O. Bigelow) but have been mostly going with the soaps of late. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
