What is your favorite Lime shaving Soap or Cream?

What is your favorite lime shaving soap or cream? Why?

I have only tried one, Castle Forbes Lime and it was excellent. Very pure lime scent, excellent glide and amazing cushion.

what others have you tried and found wanting?

George F Trumper Limes. Great scent, lathers great too.

 

It has been a bit since I used a lime cream, but I think I liked Godrej, and Old Spice, mostly because they are cheap. KMF Key Lime and J.M. Fraser's are great performing lime creams as well.

 

Fraser's is nice, indeed. So is Godrej Lemon Lime.

 

Only one in my soap collection - Col Conk. Not my favorite soap base, but it's passable good.
I have added a couple drops of Lime EO to an Arko lather. Since it's a YOMV soap I'll share mine; Yup, I like it but I like Arko straight up.
On my list of ones to try; Old Spice Lime Cream. I believe it's being made in India, along with the AS.

 

KMF Key Lime is really good along with Razorock Essential Oil of Lime.

 

Stirling soap company's Margaritas in the Arctic is easily my favorite. It has lots of lime, with some orange and salt, etc. It literally smells just like a margarita. It works terrific just like all Stirling products, its cheap, and it has a touch of menthol for a cooling effect. It is an absolute staple for me in these Texas summers.

Meißner tremonia's dark limes is also incredible, but I place it as a close second.

 

The only lime I have tried so far is Col. Conk lime. I think it smells pretty great. I use the Col. Conk lime after shave cologne, too.

I've used KMF Key Lime and had great shaves. Right now I've got Captain's Choice Lime shaving soap in my rotation and I love it! I've used Col. Conk Lime too, and while it's actually pretty good, it doesn't last as long as I'd like.

 

Sapone di Paolo Agrume and Soap Commander Respect would have to be my two favorites

 

Stirling Lime is a nice straight lime. JMFraser's is a nice but is more of a candy lime to me.
I didn't care for GFTrumper Extract of Limes... smelled like dish soap to me.

For aftershaves Royall Lyme is nice.

 

Now see, I like the Trumper Limes. The good thing is I'm getting a ton of options to try down the road

 

My favorite is Castle Forbes, performance plus scent. An awesome soap. The warm weather is almost here and I can't wait to break it out.

Number two is Queen Charlotte Soaps Iced Key Lime but they have shut down so once my last tub is gone no more.

 

I've only tried a sample of the AS lotion. Lime & Patchouli!
Is the soap a close scent match?
