CHEST & TRICEPS Flat DB Press: 100/5...100/4 Weighted Dips: 50/12...50/9 Pectoral Fly: 190/10 Rope Triceps Extension (cables): 82/8...77/10 Another brief and intense workout today. 7 working sets. I was totally fried after presses and dips so I switched to cables for triceps. My arms are shaking uncontrollably right now and it's hard to type !!!

Dead Lifts HS ISO Low Row HS ISO High Row Lat Pull Downs Back Extensions 25 pushups 2 minutes Endless Rope Moved a lot of weight (for me) and feel like it was a good workout today.
Never looked at this thread before. Chest and triceps then 50 minute spinning class. Between the lifting and aerobic excercise burned about 850 calories.
Haven't posted here in a while. But I've recently been attempting to learn the Olympic Lifts. Today I worked up to new maxes for both the snatch and the clean & jerk. Then some barbell squats, barbell rows, and dumbbell overhead press. It was brutal and I'm still exhausted from it.
Yesterday was off day. Sprinkler system repair and actual physical work today, bags later if time allows.
