Downloaded a seven minute workout app for starters, because I'm very out of shape. Also a basic pushups app. So far so good.

I don't think it is broken, but I broke the skin and it is sore and swollen now.
Sand bagging today. Visited the Parish (County for non-Louisiana residents) lot where they keep several pieces of road repair equipment. Using a round point shovel, filled 12"X24" bags with wet sand, tied closed, and loaded into vehicles. Twenty in dad's S-10, twenty in my Ranger, and moved our trucks out of the way. Then we joined in the community effort and kept filling and loading for others. When it came a down pour (Tropical Storm Cindy is here right now) time to drive to the house. Unloaded and stacked our haul bunker style around the front & side doors. I've never built a Sniper Nest before. After the threat of flooding passes, predicted 1"-5" inches of precipitation with possible 10" in unfortunate locations, the sand will end up in low areas in the yard, or tilled into the garden. It was a fun work out!

Back to working out. I go to a new gym run by a retired Army Ranger. Intense circuit training! Today was upper body and I'm so wiped I can barely type. Various pull downs, rows, curls and deadlifts. Between sets, the Ranger benched a little over 300#!
