Yesterday was the 100 push up test. Made it to 63 before I crapped out. Back to the start of Level 3 to try and work up a few more.

CHEST & TRICEPS Incline DB Press (3o degree): 100/5 and 100/4 Weighted Dips: 50/10 and 50/8 Pectoral Fly: 190/10 and 190/8 Cable Triceps Press: 95/10 and 95/9 Absolutely sick workout today. My workouts have been getting better and better. I'm eating a ton of mostly healthy foods and added creatine back into my supplement stack over the past month or so. That is a recipe for success. Time to get big and wide !!! I was going to go on a rant about how some guys choose a weight that is way too heavy, move it through 1/2 range of motion and then brag about how they just lifted said weight.....but I will save that for another time. Time to enjoy a delicious recovery shake !!!
I have a no-gym workout planned for today-that being to transport my bureau to the dumpster here. Naturally, I hope to get some help, but with all drawers out and everything off the top, I'm curious to see if I can do it muhself.
Straight Arm Lat Pushdown Cable Flies Bench Press Kneeling Landmine Press Bicycle Crunches A good workout today. I didn't go up in weight with the bench like I hoped, but I was definitely stronger at the end of the sets than I was last time. Feeling good.
BACK & BICEPS.............and CARDIO Lat Pulldowns: 205/8 and 205/6 DB Rows: 130/8 and 130/6 V Bar Pull Ups: 10 and 9 Alt DB Curls: 50/8 and 50/8 Stair Climber: 10 Minutes on Interval Lateral Elliptical: 10 Minutes on Interval Great workout today again. I'm really getting back into moving heavy weight. I always preferred muscle that looked like a block of steel rather than a balloon filled with water. The only way to get muscle that thick and dense is do compound exercises with heavy weights through a complete range of motion. I decided to do cardio after lifting today which is something I don't normally do because I wanted to have a chicken parm sub after my workout !!!

Been lifting for years. Have always done my lifting before caudio because of exhaustion issues. If your muscles are exhausted prior to lifting you won't get as much growth because of fatigue. Whatever works for you but if you never done heavy weights prior to caudio try it for a month and see what gains you get. Sent from my S8+ using Tapatalk
I normally separate my lifting and cardio by at least 4 or 5 hours. That way neither is compromised. It was a rarity that I combined them today.
Bench Press Incline Bench Press Standing Overhead Press Arnold Press Seated Dips I thought I was feeling strong after work and tried to increase my max on bench. It didn't go as planned, but I am not far off. After missing on 265lbs, I was able to 6 sets of 3 at 225lbs. I really had to work hard at the rest of the presses but felt good. Threw in a few sets of Arnold press to celebrate his 70th birthday. Enjoy your day.
128 from the front leaning rest this evening. It was supposed to be tomorrow, but I was feeling frisky so I cranked 'em out tonight.
