Worst-Smelling Aftershave in Your Opinion?

At present, I can't think of one AS whose scent I don't find appealing, save one:

AV Musk - it's simply disastrous! :sick007

Which ASs do you folks find most vile?

This is the only one I truly can't stand - it literally makes me nauseous. I formerly didn't like Skin Bracer Green, then began to love it, so who knows...

 

I actually like AV Musk. Jeris Musk, on the other hand, is truly a putrid smell. I bought some from ebarbershop and hoped that maybe it wasn't as bad as most have said, but it was. I tossed it out.

 

Herban Cowboy! They have a couple equally horrible scents.

 

I love AV Musk.

The worst for me are Pinaud Clubman :sick007 and Pinaud Lilac Vegitol :sick007

 

Great idea for a thread.
I am olfactorially challenged, so I asked the wife.
She doesn't like any Vetiver at all, and she doesn't like the Clubman Lime Sec, which smells like Pledge to her.

 

This should be interesting, because I think most scents are unappealing (or less appealing) the first time they are encountered.

The worst smelling aftershave to me is Stetson--I cannot bear it.

 

That's like saying "I hate pizza"

I hate Old Spice and pizza.....





Especially together.

 

I've never met a man who doesn't like Old Spice.

AV Blue is very nice in my book, while others dislike it - but OLD SPICE??!

I actually have not found one I did not like..... well I am not wild about Musgo Real.

 

Interesting all the Old Spice love. I find it rather middle of the road and the wife can't stand it. But, I think for her it brings up bad memories, so it might not be the scent itself.

 

And I have never met a women that loved it. Most of the time I hear women describe it as "Okay" but just as often I hear women say it's disgusting, a headache in a bottle. I'm sure there are some woman that like it, but I doubt there are any that prefer oldspice to anything else.
I think Oldspice is not so good in the scent depot.

 

I don't like anything that has the old fashioned barbershop smell.

 

Skin Bracer Burnished Leather - It was discontinued for a reason. It smells like an old wet baseball glove that has had time to mildew.

Current stuff - Pinaud Clubman just beats out every other splash in the shave isle at your local CVS, but they aren't far behind..

 

Floid, awful stuff.

 

I love Floid Classic--great scent, with lots of menthol.

 

The Drugstore brand English Leather (not to be confused with Spanish Leather) aftershave was nauseating. Brut was pretty nasty as well. Of course, YMMV
