XPec? Any ideas? Anyone know why it's $80? Does it come with a barber who will live under my sink and give my a free shave everyday for the next year?
Only if you buy the $65.00 XPEC Pre-Shave Oil too! Edit: Upon doing a little research I see where the cream is highly regarded by some in the wetshaving community, and some claim well worth the money.
While I tend to respect the opinions of those who have been doing this much, MUCH longer than I, I can whole-heartedly say that I will never be buying am $80 shave cream.
I'd never say never but this is very close to never. There are a bunch of good soaps and creams for a lot less.
Awesome. I was bored at work and was poking around looking for interesting topics and found this chestnut and didnt think anyone would reply! Thanks I am tempted. I shelled out $60 for Nuavia and love it!
I was bored at work too a month or so ago and brought some threads back from the dead. Be prepared to repell boarders!
Just price checked, and it looks like it can be had for $65 now. Still a lot of Stirling I can buy for that kind of money...
It is very high quality and takes so little to make an excellent lather, that your cost per shave would be very good. I think there is better value to be had, but if you are really curious, you could seek out a sample for cheap.
