There's actually Weller in the glencairn glass. I prefer bourbon to scotch, plus I'm supporting US products. The Lismore glass was was in a gift set. I like glencairn glasses though.
PS Toasted Burley in Chacom. Citrus is beginning to ripen. Kumquats are among my least favorite. Dad used to make a liqueur by putting whole fruit, sugar and vodka in a bottle and waiting.
Gathering tool for a quick bit of Handyman project. Enjoyed PS Luxury Twist in the Kaywoodie Magnum. Great fruitiness in this new to me 'baccy. It comes in thin sliced rounds that might benefit from a bit of drying.
Beautiful autumn morning in Alabama! Brigham Hudson Bay in a Nording brandy. I haven't had the Hudson Bay out in a while, but it is a really nice straight Virginia, some Dark combined with a little stoved. Some time in a mason jar hasn't hurt!
Thanks! I've never been a fan of the signature Nording free style, but his more traditional shapes are really nice pipes. I've met up with Nording a couple different times at The Briary and had some extended conversations with him. He is a really nice guy, and a hoot to hang out with!
I don't know if it's willpower. I've been pipe smoking for 20 years and I've always bought tobacco with the idea that I would be ageing some. The blends that I like the most are bought in multiples, with some set aside. After a while they start to add up. I have over 60 tins waiting for me. Excuse the unmade bed.
