Did you have preshave gel in inventory on 31DEC 2016? If not, you're still in. Edit: the reason I think it's OK is that if you hadn't tried gel, and are seeking a solution to a skin issue, it can be argued that gel is a consumable necessity, thereby not violating NB16. What does the appellant say? And the committee?
