  2. I'm making some barbacoa as we speak and have some jerky marinating for a smoke either tomorrow or Saturday. I bought an electric smoker after my UDS rusted out and am still undecided on the decision to go electric.

  11. Corned beef hash with roasted green and orange bell peppers, colby jack cheese... wrapped in sausage. How do you make it better...? Wrap it with bacon and smoke it then top it with a little sausage gravy. [​IMG]

  13. Going to try a first for me this Wednesday - salmon on a cedar plank.

    I was blessed today when I was given a Weber Performer Delux 22" in gently used condition.
    It's going to be parked right along side my Weber Original Kettle 26".
    It will come in handy as there are often times having the extra grill space is needed.

  15. I have some Stonewal Kitchen Maine Seafood Rub I may use. If not, just some salt, pepper and lemon. First time out I don't want to over do it. Suggestions welcome!

  17. That's a nice grill! Use it in good health!

    The salmon sounds delicious. Tomorrow I plan on breaking out some steaks for my wife an I. The kids will have burgers and hot dogs.

  19. Beauty! Those Weber Genesis are tough to beat for quality gas grillers. I love mine. Go back to the very first post in this thread & you'll see my 'vintage' blue genesis. Love it…a real workhorse for the past 6 years!
